ensure all travel documents are issued correctly and are valid for travel.

travelling partner, this may be done in person, by telephone or email.

This information is mainly used for booking/reservation purposes,
however, it may also be used during an advertising or promotional campaign
run by Richmond Travel Centre that we feel you may be interested in.
Personal information will also be given to the various carriers/suppliers
involved with your travel arrangements. We do not rent or sell your
information to a third party without your consent. We may also have the need
disclose your personal information in the event of an emergency.
